Pro Bono Opportunities-Bankruptcy and Debtor's Rights

LSNV seeks volunteer help in preparing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petitions for filing by staff attorneys, as well as assistance in organizing and running its monthly Bankruptcy/Debtor’s Rights Clinic. The clinic is available for legal aid applicants who are experiencing debtor problems and who seek general advice concerning Bankruptcy and Debtor relief. Volunteer lawyers are also needed to accept Chapter 7 cases for representation.
